Meet Tracy, our dedicated Accountant Assistant, who joined the BMO family in October, 2023. Passionate about numbers and with over 15 years of experience in business administration and bookkeeping, Tracy brings a wealth of expertise to our team.

What Tracy loves about BMO? It’s the professional, respectful, and engaging environment that fosters growth and teamwork. As a BMO client since 2015, Tracy was drawn to the friendly and relatable people, making the decision to become a part of the BMO team an easy one.

Tracy’s journey includes 9 months as an Assistant Accountant, 7 years as a BMO client, and a robust background in business administration, bookkeeping, and various roles in different industries. Her goal at BMO is to excel in her current role, build strong client relationships, and continue learning and growing with the team.

Beyond her professional achievements, Tracy balances work, family, and personal interests. When not immersed in numbers, you can find her volunteering at the Bell Race Club and Swimming Club, enjoying outdoor concerts, spending quality time with family and friends, and embracing the simple joys of life.
