Tayla Bird joined BMO in March 2024 as a Client Services Officer, drawn to the firm’s positive reputation and welcoming work environment. Coming from a diverse background—including retail, farm work, and even garlic harvesting—she was excited to take on a completely new challenge.
A graduate of Toowoomba Anglican School, Tayla excelled in business and legal studies, completing a Diploma of Business in just six months. Tayla enjoys the variety her role offers and the opportunity to learn something new every day. She plans to further her studies in the business and accounting field in the near future.
On the weekends you will find her travelling to visit family and friends or exploring camping spots along the coast and inland. She also keeps active, playing touch football on the BMO team and joining in on social netball games during the week.
