McQuincy Erepia joined BMO as a Graduate Accountant in January 2025, drawn in by curiosity after spotting the firm’s sign—and staying for the supportive, collaborative work environment. She appreciates the positive atmosphere at BMO, where teamwork and learning go hand in hand.

Completing her secondary schooling at St Ursula’s College, McQuincy went on to complete a Bachelor of Business and Commerce, majoring in Accounting and International Business.



McQuincy enjoys collaborating with her team and the opportunity to learn something new every day. At the beginning of her career, she is eager to build a strong foundation in accounting principles, learn from her colleagues, and grow within the firm.

In her spare time, you will find McQuincy and her fiancé, Josh hiking and spending time with family. She also enjoys photography and a game of touch footy with the BMO team.
