Our go-to all-rounder, Chelsea has undertaken various roles at BMO including Administration, Assistant Accounting, IT, Communications, Design and Event Management. Joining the team over 10 years ago, she combines her experience, knowledge and skill set from all aspects of the business to her current management role where she works closely with our firms partners in the day-to-day management of BMO.

Chelsea also works within our marketing team to implement marketing strategies, specialising in digital presence including websites and various social media platforms. In addition, Chelsea has undertaken further training in graphic design and assists clients with creating custom designs suitable for digital and print to meet their business needs.

She has a diploma in event management, creative design flair and a strong affinity with rural clients having grown up on the family farm at Macalister. When she’s not working, Chelsea can be found socialising with friends at the races or footy. She is also on the Dalby & Northern Downs Jockey Club committee.
