Jessica Seiler is the Payroll Officer at BMO, having joined the team in January 2024. Jessica's interest in BMO was sparked by its specialisation in agriculture. She attended New England Girls Boarding School (NEGS) and Matthew Flinders Anglican College at the Sunny Coast for high school and excelled in Legal Studies and Accounting. Jessica holds various qualifications, including a Bachelor of Applied Science in Equine Studies, Bachelor of Accounting and is currently completing a Bachelor of Law.

Her diverse work experience includes roles at the Para-Olympian’s Yard in England, as a Constable in the QLD Police Service, and as a General Manager on an 8 million-acre cattle station in Kymberley WA, among others. At BMO, Jessica aims to build lasting client relationships and hopes for a successful long-term career. She particularly enjoys working with clients to simplify their tasks.

Outside of work, Jessica is passionate about dressage, competing in events, and managing her family's cattle property. She also enjoys watching her son participate in Motocross. Jessica's remarkable achievements include winning two Horse of the Year Events and qualifying her horse for Grand Nationals in Sydney, despite the challenges of traveling from a remote cattle station in Kymberley WA. She cherishes spending time with her son, Jim.
